ASO Growth OS

Terms of service

Last updated 24 October 2026

In short. ASO Growth OS is run by Saroar Khandoker, trading as byAlif, in Portugal. You can use it free or on a paid plan. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com: Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, takes the payment, charges VAT where it applies, sends your receipts and handles refunds. You can cancel at any time, and your first payment of a subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.

The service

ASO Growth OS (aso.byalif.app) helps App Store developers with their store listings. With an App Store Connect key you give us, it reads your apps' data from Apple, tracks keyword rankings, drafts listing changes with AI, and publishes to Apple the changes you approve. The free App Store report works without an account. What we collect and who receives it is described on the privacy page.

Your account

  • Use an email address you can read: sign-in codes and messages about your account go to it.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
  • Connect only App Store Connect keys and apps you are allowed to manage, and follow Apple's rules for what you publish. You decide what is published; we publish only the changes you approve or set to run on their own.

Plans and payment

  • Free: €0. Includes 1 app, your first AI draft, weekly report, alerts.
  • Indie: €3/mo or €30/yr — founding price, locked for life (later €9). Includes 3 apps, AI drafts, publish to Apple (title, subtitle and keywords go live with your next build).
  • Portfolio: €9/mo — founding price (later €19). Includes 10 apps, batch publishing.

Prices are set in euros and include VAT; Paddle's checkout shows the exact amount before you pay. Paddle.com is our reseller and the Merchant of Record for every order: you buy from Paddle, on Paddle's checkout, under Paddle's buyer terms, and the Paddle company named on your receipt is the seller. Paddle provides all customer service for payments and handles returns.

A subscription renews automatically every month or year, at the price of your plan, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing); the plan stays until the end of the period you have paid for, and then the account moves to Free. A switch between plans takes effect at once, and Paddle charges or credits the difference straight away, prorated for the time left. If a payment fails, Paddle tries again for a while; if it keeps failing, the subscription is paused or ends, and the account moves to Free.

“Locked for life” means Indie's founding price does not rise for as long as your subscription continues without a break. If we change the price of a plan, we tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

On Free, or after a move to a smaller plan, the apps you already added stay; adding more needs a plan with room for them.

A discount code lowers the price Paddle's checkout shows, for the payments the checkout states; after that the plan's normal price applies. A code can come with a smaller monthly AI budget; the invitation that gives you the code says so.

Refunds

Your first payment of a subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details, and how to ask, are on the refund policy.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law or Apple's rules, to get at other people's data, or to overload or attack it, and do not resell access to it. We may suspend an account that does, and we tell you why unless the law stops us.

Your data

Your apps' data and the text you write stay yours. We use them only to run the service for you, as the privacy page describes, and you can download a copy or ask for your account to be deleted from your account page. A paid subscription is cancelled before an account is deleted.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work to keep the service running and correct, but it depends on Apple's systems and data, and it may sometimes be unavailable or wrong. Rankings and downloads depend on Apple and on your market: we do not promise any result. Features may change; if a change takes away something central to a plan you pay for, we tell you first and you can cancel.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or takes away rights you have as a consumer.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted. We may end an account that breaks these terms; its paid subscription is cancelled with it. If we end a paid plan for a reason that is not your doing, for example because we stop offering the service, we refund the part you have not used.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country you live in, and you can bring a claim there. When these terms change, this page changes first and the date at the top moves; for a change that matters to a paid plan we also email you. Questions: support@byalif.app.
