In short. ASO Growth OS helps people find your app in App Store search. Start with a free report on any app. When you want help with your own listing, connect an App Store Connect key: the service drafts better text for your title, subtitle, keywords and promotional text, and you decide what goes to Apple.
The free report
Paste an App Store link on the home page. The report checks searches taken from the app's listing and from Apple's search suggestions for its topic, and shows:
- where the app appears in the first 25 results for each search;
- Apple's published popularity score (1 to 100) where Apple publishes one, with the week it belongs to;
- how established the competition is: the median number of ratings among the ten leading other apps, with up to five of them shown;
- a recommended next step with the evidence behind it, and up to two more worth doing.
It uses public Apple data: App Store search results, public store pages, Apple's search suggestions and its published popularity scores. Each figure shows its state: a check that could not run is labelled that way, and a search below Apple's popularity list is marked as such rather than shown as zero. Each report has its own link you can share, and it refreshes the next time someone opens it after a day, when there is room; each network can start a few new reports a day. You can browse the reports people have run on the reports page.

Connecting App Store Connect
To work on your own apps, the service needs an App Store Connect API key that you create:
- In App Store Connect, open Users and Access → Integrations → App Store Connect API.
- Generate a key with the App Manager role. It lets the service read your apps' listings, analytics and reviews, and publish the listing changes you approve.
- Download the .p8 file (Apple offers it once) and note the key's Key ID and the Issuer ID.
- In ASO Growth OS, open the menu under your name, choose App Store Connect key, and paste the Key ID, the Issuer ID and the contents of the .p8 file.
- Choose which of your apps to import.
The private key is stored encrypted and is never shown again, to anyone. You can revoke it in App Store Connect at any time, and that takes effect at once. You can also switch an app off: it then gets no updates, drafts or publishing until you switch it on again, and its data stays.
AI drafts
When it can improve on what you have, the service drafts new text for your title, subtitle, keywords and promotional text in US English. Each draft is built from your current listing, the searches you track and where you rank for them, and Apple's search suggestions. A field whose last change is still being measured waits: 28 days after the change goes live for the title, subtitle and keywords, 14 days for promotional text, and a change still waiting for a new app version holds its field too.
Every Monday, three independent AI reviews score each new draft from 1 to 10. A draft is approved when all three score it 7 or more and at least two of them recommend it; a score under 5 rejects it; anything in between stays in the queue. You can also approve or reject drafts yourself, field by field, on the app's Metadata page. Publishing always needs all three scores at 7 or more, so a draft you approve by hand that falls short at its review is rejected.
On the Free plan your first draft is included; weekly and on-demand drafts come with Indie and Portfolio. Each account has a monthly AI budget, and when it is used up, drafts and reports start again the next month.
You decide what goes live
An approved draft goes to App Store Connect when you press Publish to App Store Connect on the Review queue page, which shows the three review scores for each draft. On Indie and Portfolio, two switches on each app's page let changes go out on their own, if you want that:
- Autopilot: every Monday, approved drafts with all three scores at 7 or more are sent to App Store Connect, except for a field whose last change is still being measured.
- Automatic promotional text: promotional text that passes the weekly review goes live without a click.
Both start switched off, and you can switch them off again at any time. A new title, subtitle or keywords goes live with your next app version, once Apple has reviewed it; promotional text is live at once. Publishing to Apple is part of the Indie and Portfolio plans, and Portfolio can publish all approved drafts at once when every one of them has passed its reviews.
Seeing the results
Each app's Results page shows what changed, your rankings and downloads over time, and your releases on the same timeline. You can compare 7, 14 or 30 days before and after a change; for a new title, subtitle or keywords we suggest waiting about four weeks, because rankings keep moving for weeks after a release. Rankings depend on Apple and on your market, so this is a comparison you can inspect rather than proof of cause. The Alerts page keeps track of rating changes and updates for your apps.
Plans
- Free: €0. Includes 1 app, your first AI draft, weekly report, alerts.
- Indie: €3/mo or €30/yr — founding price, locked for life (later €9). Includes 3 apps, AI drafts, publish to Apple (title, subtitle and keywords go live with your next build).
- Portfolio: €9/mo — founding price (later €19). Includes 10 apps, batch publishing.
Prices include VAT. You can cancel at any time, and the first payment of a subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. On Free, or after a move to a smaller plan, the apps you already added stay; while more apps are switched on than the plan includes, drafts and AI reviews wait until you switch one off or choose a larger plan. The details are in the terms and the refund policy.
Your data
Your apps' data and the text you write stay yours. The service uses them to run for you: AI drafts and two of the three reviews for your apps go through Anthropic's paid API, and the third review runs on OpenAI's Codex through our ChatGPT subscription. For each paid API call the service records the model, the number of tokens and the cost, never the text. From your account page you can download a copy of your account, apps, keywords and drafts, or ask for your account to be deleted. Everything collected, who receives it and for how long is on the privacy page.
