Also worth doing

Ask for a review after a completed task

0 rating(s) today. The count appears next to the app in search results; a prompt after a completed task is the usual way to earn more.

Change one thing, then compare ranks four weeks later

Rankings keep moving for weeks after a release, so four weeks is the observation window. The read-out is a before/after comparison, not proof of cause; changing several fields at once makes it unreadable.

The evidence, one search at a time

Rank today is the app's position in the first 25 results of each search, US App Store, 28 October 2026. "Not found" means not in those 25. 11 search terms that are not your name.

"Not checked" means the search could not be run this time; it is retried within the hour.

Apple publishes search-term popularity for 15 consumer categories; "Navigation" is not one of them, so demand is unknown here.

Top-10 rating counts is the median number of ratings of the other apps in the top 10 of that search: how established they are, not a difficulty score.
